* Update faq.md

- Adds "What are DSi binaries? How do I get them?"
- Adds mention of trying DS mode if cheats aren't working in a DSi-Enhanced game
- Adds suggestion of re-dumping the ROM if it's not working

* Update builds.md

- Add links to builds
- Add Hicode/DSP build by therealteamplayer
- Some grammar tweaks and such

* Update faq.md

- Remove nightly builds FAQ (there hasn't been a nightly build in a long while)
- Add "Why is a ROM not working, even though the compatibility list says it works?"
- Add "How do I fix duplicated layers at the bottom of the screen on 3DS?"
  - This could maybe use a better name

* Minor edit in builds.md

I forgot to edit the stuff at the bottom

* Update controls.md

- Remove mention of returning to loader via button combo in DSiWare not working (fixed in 0.54.1)
- Add mention of precise volume control (added in 0.11.0)
- Add mention of ARM7/9 memory map switching in RAM Viewer (added in 0.50.0)

* Update faq.md

- Minor brevity/consistency changes
- Mention deleting usrcheat.dat as part of troubleshooting
- Add "Can I remap button inputs using nds-bootstrap?"
- Add "How do I play randomized Pokémon ROMs with nds-bootstrap?"

* Update for 0.54.0

Removes exclusion of DSiWare (added in 0.54.0)
Removes exclusion of RAM dumps with B4DS (added in 0.54.0)
Adds mention of returning to loader shortcut not working in DSiWare (https://github.com/DS-Homebrew/nds-bootstrap/issues/1348)
Also adds holding L + R + START + SELECT to force reset
