逐次実行タスクの、追加/並べ替えを変更

割り込み禁止を短くした。まだ変更の予定なので、とりあえずバックアップのつもり。

歩数計のデバッグコードを抜いた
ADCピンの設定を修正
TypeTでカメラLED反転を忘れていた
未使用になったピンの処理
