We are a cybersecurity company. An unauthorized copy of one of our repos that contains source code for one of our customer facing applications has been publicly exposed by another user. The content in our repo is originally developed software that we use to support our customers. Our platform collects, processes and stores sensitive data about our customers and the fact that it's publicly available via an unauthorized copy of our repo puts our application and customer data at risk.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The repo found here - https://github.com/muktadiranik/cesppa-master is an unauthorized copy of our repo. This content is a copy of our originally developed software that we use to support our customers. Our platform collects, processes and stores sensitive data about our customers. This public copy puts our customer data at risk

We utilize least privilege with accounts in our Github organization. We also require MFA for authentication.
How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?
It's an unauthorized copy of our source code that anyone can use to attack our application.
