The original repository is located at https://github.com/disgoorg/disgo. This is an original project developed by [private] and released under Apache 2.0. The license terms are explicitly stated in the repository.

The infringing repository is located at https://github.com/nextep-community/gocord. They have copied [private] repository, removed the "forked from" attribution, and stripped the original license, as evidenced by this commit (cc25ff9312). This action is in violation of the licensing terms under which [private] project was released and GitHub's Terms of Service.

To bring the repository (https://github.com/nextep-community/gocord) into compliance with the Apache License 2.0, the following changes must be made:

- Restore the License:
- Add the Apache License 2.0 back to the repository, ensuring it is included in the root directory of the project.

- Clearly indicate any modifications made to the original code, as required by Section 4(b) of the Apache License 2.0.
If the repository maintainers are unwilling or unable to make these changes, they should remove it entirely.
