The Infringing Material consists in an unauthorized and unlicensed mod tempering with the source code of the Game.

I further declare that use of the Infringing Material in the manner complained of is not authorized by us, or the law, and unlawfully alters the Game in breach of our copyright to the Game source code.

The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. as owner (or proxy thereof) of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.

The original work is a videogame playable on smartphone (the "Game").
