010 Editor is a commercial text and hex editor. This editor offers a 30-day trial and after the trial, the user must purchase a license code to continue using the software. See https://www.sweetscape.com/010editor/ for more information.

010 Editor implements a 30-day trial by storing the number of days used in the registry (encoded). We also generate license keys based off a person's name using our own algorithm. License keys are in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?
The accused project attempt to bypass the 30-day limit of 010 Editor (giving an unlimited trial).
