We are the authorized representatives of Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, branded as CBC/Radio-Canada, is the Canadian public broadcaster for both radio and television.
We are writing to bring to your attention a critical issue involving the unauthorized reproduction of Radio-Canada articles on a website that shares a similar domain name. We have discovered several articles are being pirated without the required authority, which are against intellectual property. We request the takedown and removal of all Radio-Canada articles from the website due to copyright infringement and the domain be taken down straight away, that precautions be taken against future infringements on intellectual property rights, and that their source be looked into.
