The following information is presented for purposes of removing web content per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) that infringes on the copyright of proprietary confidential information.

3. Refusal to Cooperate
   We requested the affected user, a prior employee of HBG, to remove the content. The material identified above remains and the affected user has refused cooperation.

4. Requested User Action
   Delete the whole repository relating to any references to code that may potentially be confidential or considered Rivian IP, including folders and/or comments in reference to Rivian and its bootloader files.
