We (Firecore, LLC) are the original creators of the "Infuse" application and sole owners of all copyrights.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
Infuse is a video player app for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac. The official website can be found at: https://firecore.com/infuse This has been distributed on the App Store since 2013, and a link to the App Store product page can be found at: https://apps.apple.com/app/id1136220934?mt=8
What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.
The sole purpose of the content found at the GitHub repo (https://github.com/Suffuse-Team/suffuse-team.github.io) is to provide a unofficial "cracked" distribution of the Infuse app, which allows users to access premium features at no cost. This is in violation of the copyright for Infuse. Since this repository serves no other purpose than to distribute Infuse in an unauthorized manner, we request the entire repository be removed.
