Each published document has the disclosure stating the following : “Copyright and General Information...is prepared for the use of BofA Securities clients and may not be redistributed, retransmitted or disclosure, in whole or in part, or in any form or manner, without the express written consent of BofA Securities. BofA Global research information is distributed ... to internal and client websites...and is not publicly-available material. Any unauthorized use or disclosure is prohibited. Receipt and review of this information constitutes your agreement not to redistribute, retransmit, or disclosure to others ...”
Bank of America has not authorized this and it clearly contains the Bank of America copyright protected materials.
I hereby state that Bank of America is the owner of the Bank of America brand and that to the best of my knowledge and belief, the infringing use was not authorized by it, its agents or the law. I further declare, under penalty of perjury, that this notice is accurate and that I am authorized to act on behalf of Bank of America in this matter. Pursuant to your Terms and Conditions, Bank of America hereby requests that you remove the page with the infringing material as soon as practicable to prevent the misappropriation of Bank of America’s copyright protected materials as well as to prevent potential fraud that may occur from the use of the site.
