It belongs to (“D Elektronik Şans Oyunları ve Yayıncılık A.Ş”), which exclusively holds the name rights of the company titled “Nesine.com”.

I found out that there have been copyright infringements in the form of illegal file sharing, based on the Digital Milennium Copyright Act (http://www.copyright.gov) and International Copyright Infringement Regulations.
