Netmarble Corporation (“Netmarble”, “we” or “our”) is a global mobile game developer and publisher based in [private], [private]. We are the developer and publisher of The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross (the “Game”), which was developed under a valid and legitimate license from ‘The Seven Deadly Sins’ license holder. The mods distributed on your website clearly infringe our company’s copyrights. The mods distributed on your website could not have been created without decompiling the game’s client program, which necessarily involves unauthorized copying and reproduction of our company’s copyrighted source codes. Accordingly, those mods are products of copyright infringement, and in many countries, including the[private], creating such mods is treated as legally prohibited copyright infringement.
Under the Game Industry Promotion Act of [private], one can be held criminally liable for producing, distributing, providing or intermediating game products not provided or approved by game product-related business entities. So, please be advised that distribution of the mods on your website can be subject to criminal penalties.
