We submited a form yesterday and received a reply says that these files may have personal informations, but upon checking the link https://support.github.com/contact/private-information, if we choose we have copyright for these codes, the page ask us to use dmca-takedown form. So how to choose the right form ? We have software

These files contains personal private database configuration information (address, account, password), database structure informations. Others can break [private] server and database information through the information in the pom.xml files, which involves company privacy and constitutes a security risk.
