Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”) has created and licenses the proprietary video game engine software known as Unreal Engine (https://www.unrealengine.com). In addition to Epic’s copyright in Unreal Engine, Epic has registered the UNREAL ENGINE mark (registration number: 4442968, among others), and has various common law trademark rights related to Unreal Engine.

Use of Unreal Engine code is subject to the Unreal Engine End User License Agreement ("EULA"). The EULA can be found here:

Section 4(a)(i) of the EULA limits distribution of Unreal Engine code to other licensees who themselves have rights to the same engine code or content as distributed. Public distribution of Unreal Engine source code must take place either through the Unreal Engine Marketplace or through a fork of Epic’s GitHub UnrealEngine Network.

The listed repository consists primarily of Unreal Engine code distributed publicly through neither the Unreal Engine Marketplace nor through a fork of Epic’s GitHub UnrealEngine Network. The listed repository is in violation of the EULA and infringes Epic’s copyright in Unreal Engine.
