We are Corporation Service Company (CSC), a brand and internet monitoring company. We have been instructed by Papa John’s International, Inc. (“Papa John’s”), to take action in relation to online infringements on their intellectual property rights.

Papa John's is an American pizza restaurant franchise. It is the fourth largest pizza delivery restaurant chain in the United States, and it has over 4,456 franchised restaurants operating domestically in all 50 states and in 44 countries and territories.

Our client also owns the copyright for an extensive portfolio of intellectual property rights, or otherwise displayed on a number of their products and for photographs, and other images displayed on their official websites or in connection with other marketing materials. We have been alerted to your website, which appears to be using our client’s copyrighted materials, in particular, logo without any authorization.
