We have proprietary data that are set up into 2 separate databases: Member AR Database and Debtor Database. Our website, www.cannabizcredit.com is built by Squarespace and we use Memberspace.com to protect certain pages where those 2 databases live. The links are now under hidden pages since someone was able to bypass the protected pages using a google extension called behind the overlay. And they used JSON to rip the databases we have on those pages and post on [private].

What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.

All these pages should be taken down due to IP infringement.

The github links were posted in this [private] thread and the author admits: "this information is available elsewhere for a fee, but in reality the curator leaves it unsecured in plain text. unfair to people who are paying for the service in my opinion, and needs to be fixed"

What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?

We have Terms and Conditions that we request all members to sign to lawfully utilize our data. We also utilize Memberspace to protect these sensitive pages that hold the 2 databases, but it looks like someone was able to breach through the protected pages.

How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?

#1 any member that signs up as a member has to accept our terms and conditions during sign up and any time they access the platform. The terms and conditions prohibit the use or sharing of this data outside from utilizing for internal business decisions.

#2 this person was not a member and illegally scraped our data (Massachusetts) to post on an anonymous [private] thread. [private]

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

I dont believe this is a fork, as the author on [private] admitted they were the source of this data.
