What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?
Our company use a virtual private network as a mechanism for creating a secure connection between a computing device and a computer network, or between two networks, using an insecure communication medium such as the public Internet. And also, to control access to the copyrighted materials, our company use an internal Gitlab resource where is placed our initial code that is also absolutely illegally placed on your resource.
How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?
We want to remove our initial code from the GitHub on the grounds that it is our service and it is used in our product, because of these reasons that it should not be there and its publication is illegal. In addition, the source code that is illegally posted on your platform contains links to our internal resources that relate to confidential information.
Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
Yes, the specifical inspection of the repository gave reasons to understand that materials which placed at the following location - https://github.com/DeepwebCodex/ihub-sw, really include an initial code of our services. Our company has not given permission to share the source code in the public space that is why it should be removed immediately.
