All of our code was posted to a public GitHub repository by (presumably) an ex-employee with a very strict non-disclosure agreement. This infringement has cloned all our GitHub repositories including all backend and frontend infrastructure, API keys, and deployment configurations. This code includes the following websites: https://brandexpand.io/ https://eliterebate.com/

What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?

Code encryption, access controls, 2FA, cyber security, secure deployment practices, secure hosting and infrastructure.

How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?

This user was part of the organization. We are still investigating which employee was the culprit. We only allow access to employees and contractors with strict non-disclosure agreements, and we always ensure permission is extremely limited to associates that are trustworthy with strict contractual agreements.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

There are no forks, only one main branch. None of the individual infringing repositories have forks.
