Based on the current live repo there are no current live forks

No we don't have contact details but based on the information on the repo we believe it to be a previous version of the current system, we are therefore leaning towards it being an ex-employee of ours that previously had access. We cannot confirm this though currently.
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
