I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner and have the right to enforce my copyrights in the work. I am submitting this DMCA report because it has come to my attention that my work has been infringed upon and illegally reproduced on the GitHub platform without my permission. I have a good faith belief that the use of my work in question is not authorized by me or my agent and that the information contained in this notice is accurate.

The original project contains a license - which is required to run the program. It makes a connection to [private] and validates each request. On top of that the project is obfuscated to make sure the source code isn't easily accessible.
How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?
They have removed said obfuscation and licensing.
