I can confirm that the organization holds the exclusive rights and ownership over all content within its private GitHub repositories. The unauthorized access and subsequent leak of this content is a clear violation of the organization's intellectual property rights and the company will take all necessary legal action to protect these rights.

The organization has the full authority to act on behalf of its owners in all matters related to the protection of its intellectual property, including, but not limited to, the enforcement of its copyrights.

In accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the company will actively pursue all individuals or entities who have illegally obtained and/or shared the leaked content.

What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?

All of the repositories are private, and every single member that has access has 2 Factor Authorization enabled.

How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?

One of the organization members accounts' were compromised through their local machine, every single repository that they had access to was downloaded and can be seen on the security logs of each organization. All of the files were downloaded in a .zip format in the same time interval, clearly indicating unauthorized/malicious actions and a correlated attack.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

Yes I have. All of the leaked repositories were pulled on the date of December 11th, 2022.
