I am the [private] of an association called ADEFUFP, owner of the EPE FRANCE brand "epe-france.com".
Our association is a victim of theft and intellectual property violation of trademark copyright

The person named [private] is a provider that I met on a dating site called [private].
I selected this provider in order to develop the web application of our association called ADEFUFP.
This association has 3 brands including the one developed by the service provider called EPE FRANCE.
epe-france.com is a trademark of the ADEFUFP association of which I am the general coordinator and the publication manager and data protection delegate on this application. You will find this information on the link below in the presentation chapter of the site: https://www.epe-france.com/mentions-légales.
I am also enclosing the statutes of our association, proving that the epe-france.com site is a trademark of the ADEFUFP association.
I am also enclosing the service contract between the service provider and our association, which proves that the service provider should delete all the source codes from his computer as soon as his work is finished, and should not possess them. I am also enclosing the identity documents of the service provider that he provided to us before signing the contract, in order to prove his identity. I am also attaching a screenshot of a message we received from google, telling us that our MAP API key is published on GitHub by the service provider [private]
