We have a copyrighted SaaS application with HTML hosted at [private]. this is clearly copyrighted and someone has just copied the entire code and put it in a public repo. We were alerted by security messages from Google saying:

This entire repository: 9397ea6ce7 seems to be made to copy and import data into our copyrighted application.

We have our content behind a subscription wall.
How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?
They have embedded our code into their own java app and are circumventing our subscription wall. The number of active users is growing.
