What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?

[private] is a private repository owned by coconala Inc. and access is controlled by not registering non-employees to the organization.

In addition, control is achieved by granting appropriate repository access privileges to each employee.

How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?

We believe that a former employee of coconala Inc. maliciously created a Github account, cloned a repository with Private settings locally, and published it with Public settings.

We imagine that he had a stash of clones from his time as an employee and made them public.

We are unable to recommend that the person be removed due to lack of confirmation.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

As noted earlier, the following repositories have been identified as being forked.
We would like this one removed.
