I am acting as an [private] of [private] at the University of California, Berkeley, who owns the copyright to the works described.

Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.

The original copyrighted work is code that is owned by [private] and is hosted on GitHub. The code is distributed to students (using GitHub Classroom) with permission to make private copies of the repository to be submitted for our assignment but NOT with permission to post freely online. The below-described infringing works are considered derivatives works and, as such, we retain ownership of the copyrighted material.

Additionally, some of these materials originate from students using code from [private] at [private]. [private] is using these materials without our permission, and we retain ownership of their students’ derivative works, as well.

What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.
