What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?
The original software is a DLL which we publish inside a DLL loader programmed by us in C# with VMProtection.
It should prevent third parties from redistributing and selling the DLL as their own.
How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?
They have cracked the C# loader to get the DLL. Then they built the DLL into their own loader, which they now distribute as "GenshinPublic".
Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
Yes. The main repository is https://github.com/DeftSolutions-dev/GenshinPublic - While this user also offers these same cracks for other copyrighted works, they are not owned by us. Only GenshinXYZ / GenshinPublic is our copyrighted software.
