Here are some examples of specific files and why they contain sensitive data that belongs to CDK. We are requesting that these projects are taken down completely, not just these files. The content of the projects are all intellectual property of CDK. The projects are stated in the following inquiry.
All of these projects make direct references to products/applications belonging to CDK. These keywords include "[private]", "[private]", "[private]"

Yes. Discovered forks were investigated for intellectual property of CDK Global, and offenders have been included in this request.
Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
These repositories are not open source. They are intellectual property of CDK Global.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?
These repositories contain intellectual property that doesn’t belong to the end-user and they need to be removed from the GitHub platform completely.
