In addition to copyrights, BlackBerry is the owner of numerous trademarks worldwide comprised of, or containing, BlackBerry, the BlackBerry Emblem Design, BBM and the BBM Icon (collectively, the “BLACKBERRY Trademarks”), including in Indonesia, European Union, Canada, United States, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Australia, Benelux, Switzerland, Chile, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan.
We have a good faith belief that your site at the below listed URL(s) infringes the rights of BlackBerry Limited. The content in question infringes on BlackBerry Limited’s exclusive copyright(s) and trademarks and does not constitute fair use.

This site offers unauthorized downloads of copyrighted content belonging exclusively to BlackBerry. Specifically, this site is offering unauthorized downloads of a modified version of our BBM messaging application and other licensed BlackBerry applications. This content is protected by copyright and trademark laws and is being distributed without authorization from BlackBerry Limited. Our authorized content is available at https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/22531423/?lang=en&countrycode=US. https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/vendor/4/?lang=en&countrycode=US.
The Company represents that it has not authorized your site to use the Infringing Material. Based upon information at its disposal, we believe that the statements in this notice are accurate and correctly describe the infringing nature and status of the Infringing Material. We swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Accordingly, we hereby demand that as the website owner, you immediately remove or disable access to the Infringing Material at the URL(s) identified above.
