I am an employee and authorized representative of The Linux Foundation. The Linux Foundation hosts the ONAP (Open Network Automation Platform) project, https://www.onap.org/. The ONAP project mirrors its content in repos in the org at https://github.com/onap. The code in the ONAP project is contributed by participants in the project. The code remains owned by the contributors and copyright holders, and is licensed to the project. ONAP licenses the code out under Apache-2.0.

We received a notice from GitHub that a takedown request was submitted by Tech Mahindra for the repo at https://github.com/onap/dcaegen2-platform-blueprints/. The only file cited in the notice is 50887a105d/blueprints/k8s-ves-mapper.yaml; however, the request was to take down the entire repo.

The cited file is based on a file that was originally contributed by Tech Mahindra to ONAP. The file cited in the takedown notice was a derived version of that file, with modifications made by AT&T (as noted by the additional AT&T copyright notice in the cited file).
Because this file was contributed by Tech Mahindra to be made available under Apache-2.0 as part of ONAP, the derived version cited in the takedown notice is licensed and should not be taken down.
