Mobilize Comms is SAAS platform under the entity Blueprint 108 LLC. I am [private] of the company and [private] of the company as well. My company owns the entire source code and does not have any license to use or shared IP in any way with our source code.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The entire source code base has been published in this repository: https://github.com/stephencanavan/mobilize
The user of the repository was a contractor with our company and has signed NDAs and non-release agreements with our company while working on the code base. The user has been threatening us with posting our source code on GitHub multiple times to claim a ransom of payment from our company to take the code down again. This contractor was hired through [private] and has been banned from [private] due to exposing and threatening our company with the ransom for the holding the source code. All of which we can provide documentation.
What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.
