Each of the reported repositories constitutes source code and other copyrighted material related thereto that was developed by Thalamus. This includes source code developed by the account holder (kboice23) while he was an employee of Thalamus and subject to a Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement pursuant to which the account holder contractually agreed that all of the source code he developed that is included in the reported repositories is owned by Thalamus.
