I am [private] for Gatehouse Bank and one of our colleagues has noticed that an old website page with old branding with details of a person who has now left the Bank is appearing on your site. To our knowledge, we have never asked to have a page from our Bank hosted on your site so could I please request that you take this down with immediate effect.
This is a replicating an old website that is now obsolete and not used by the Bank. Please could you permanently remove as the website, name of person on this site and contact details such as address and telephone number no longer exist for our company. However, our company does still exist and all details have now changed. Here are the details of our company website here BUT PLEASE DO NOT REPRODUCE A PAGE TO REPLICATE THIS, OUR WEBSITE IS PROTECTED UNDER COPYRIGHT AND TO DO THIS AGAIN WILL GO AGAINST GDPR GUIDANCE FOR OUR COMPANY: https://gatehousebank.com/personal

Yes - complete violation. You are not permitted to use the logo of Gatehouse Bank.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?
Please take this down immediately. If our site is not taken down following numerous attempts to contact you to request this, by 5pm on Monday 13 July, I will contact the ICO and lodge a complaint against your company. I have all of the details, all I need to do is press send.
