All files listed below are not open source files but exclusively copyright protected files owned by the Schufa Holding AG which are not intended for distribution to third parties and in particular not for publication on your platform.
The files describe the contractual partners - SIML2 (SCHUFA Information Markup Language 2) interfaces of Schufa Holding AG These are XML schemas. Requests and replies are processed or sent via the interfaces. Additionally it is made sufficiently clear in all files that the Schufa Holding AG is the copyright owner of the files by an appropriate entry, in which the following text is inserted:
This software is the confidential and proprietary information of SCHUFA Holding AG and insiders GmbH Wissensbasierte Systeme.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The hosted files are a direct, literal copy of the original copyrighted work of the Schufa Holding AG. The copyright protection is easily identifiable by everyone (including the infringer) because of the striclty internal used SIML2 interfaces and the obvious copyright notice.
