The original content that has been infringed upon, can be found on the official website of SEMrush Inc. https://www.semrush.com/
The infringing URL is http://www.goyllo.com/flikover-review/#all-flikover-products This webpage advertises illegal reselling of access to SEMrush software, using so-called "group buy method" and uses SEMrush company and software name to advertise illegal services. The website IP belongs to Fastly (please, see the screenshot attached).
SEMrush service and any necessary software used in connection with the SEMrush service, contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
According to SEMrush Terms of Service (p.2.7.3), SEMrush users are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service.
I have a good-faith belief that the use of SEMrush software and company name in such a manner is not authorized by the copyright holder, the copyright holder’s agent, or the law.
Under penalty of perjury in a United States court of law, I state that the information contained in this notification is accurate and that I am authorized to act on the behalf of the exclusive rights holder for the material in question.
I request that you disable access to the infringing URL http://www.goyllo.com/flikover-review/#all-flikover-products as quickly as possible.
