Yes I have searched the forks and this is listed above.
The work is apparently licence under GNU General Public License v3.0 I have no record of my permission as the copyright holder to this date of this being registered on my behalf.
The repository must be removed I have no other way of protecting my work and the monetary funds I have placed into my work.
