QuickTutor LLC is a privately held Michigan Limited Liability Company who outsources development work from remote developers under Independent Contractor Agreements featuring a multitude of confidentiality clauses which prohibit the ex-developer to do what he did. In addition, this developer was under a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement which prevents him from disclosing any confidential information regarding the job he held at QuickTutor LLC, to the public. The repository at https://github.com/Kalesberg/QuickTutor-iOS has been listed as public and infringes on QuickTutor LLC's copyrighted and patented source code. QUICKTUTOR LLC reserves all rights, remedies, and claims.
