In addition, this developer was under a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement which prevents him from disclosing any confidential information regarding the job he held at QuickTutor LLC, to the public. The repository at https://github.com/Kalesberg/QuickTutor-iOS has been listed as public and infringes on QuickTutor LLC's copyrighted and patented source code. QUICKTUTOR LLC reserves all rights, remedies, and claims.
