Update GBARunner2 Wiki (#63) 
* Update builds.md

- Add links to builds
- Add Hicode/DSP build by therealteamplayer
- Some grammar tweaks and such

* Update faq.md

- Remove nightly builds FAQ (there hasn't been a nightly build in a long while)
- Add "Why is a ROM not working, even though the compatibility list says it works?"
- Add "How do I fix duplicated layers at the bottom of the screen on 3DS?"
  - This could maybe use a better name

* Minor edit in builds.md

I forgot to edit the stuff at the bottom

Running locally

To test the site locally, install Jekyll by running:

gem install bundler jekyll

Then run

bundle install

Then you can run the site by running:

bundle exec jekyll serve

You may want to run with incremental building as there are a lot of pages so it takes a long time to build, note that this may cause some things to not update fully:

bundle exec jekyll serve --incremental
