06f775b62e Improve support for old browsers 
The site is now functional, though not perfect, on the n3DS browser (and also Safari 5.0.6, the Vita browser, and probably more)

* Move hiyaCFW content from dsi.cfw.guide

* Change installing page titles

* Fix links to hiya pages

* Move antivirus notice to alert

* Use colons in headings

* Update troubleshooting.md

Also adjust page title <hr> a bit

* Use liquid comments and minor wording change

* Make sidebar index be separate from page list

* Remove step to uncheck install TWiLight box

* Rename from installing-hiyacfw to installing

I'm really not sure where's best to put these... For now I've put them in an "Indexes" section, but other ideas are welcome

6eb8220d6e Improve tabs 
- They now work as tabs without JS
- Use an include for cleaner markdown
- A little bit nicer code overall, annoying that the split is needed, but otherwise pretty nice now

28d311bdb2 Some language alert improvements 
- Get language and rtl lists from liquid so that there's only one place to update
- Don't show the popup if the current language is a fallback
- Use the lang property on the element to ensure the correct character forms and such
- Use the dir property instead of CSS
