installing-flashcard: explicitly specify *not* to copy TTMenu.dat from YSMenu

Either people are not reading YSMenu's dual-booting instructions, or
aren't renaming TTMenu.dat to YSMenu.nds as seen in the bullet right
above this. Whichever the case, let's just tell people what *not* to
copy.

Though maybe people who aren't reading YSMenu install instructions are
also unlikely to read this step either...
