Add step to enable "Widescreen patch", change "X+START" to "START"
In TWPatch, one needs to enable "Widescreen patch (384x240 16:10)" for the patch to actually enable widescreen. This was missing in earlier revisions of the page. The step to change "X+START" was deprecated in TWPatch, and now one only needs to press START to begin generating `TwlBg.cxi`.
