* Create hiyaCFW uninstalling page

Based on TWiLight Menu++ uninstalling page

* Pk11's requested changes

Some small changes, mention TWLM++ for changing Unlaunch settings, and correct "AUTOBOOT" to "NO BUTTON"

* Remove one of the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector tutorial links

* Add RTC support question

Todo: "Which version of GBARunner2 should I use?" and add info on changing the game code
