        <h1>F-WRITER</h1>
        F-WRITER is used to flash Korean firmware<span style="color:red;">*</span> onto DS  lites in the factories. This program features a UI similar to that of <a href="/dsidev/nitroeva.html">NTR Aging/Nitro EVA</a>. It comes with the following tests:<br><br>

<b><code>EVALUATION MENU:</code></b><br>
<code> - SOUND</code>, Plays some simple sound effects and music to test the speakers
<br><code> - NVRAM</code>, Reads and writes system settings, and displays WiFi board + firmware  info
<br><code> - PMIC</code>, Tests power and backlight controls<br><br>

<b><code>TEST PROGRAM:</code></b><br>
<code> - IPL2 REWRITE</code>, Flashes and sets up the Korean firmware on the DS lite
<br><code> - USER INFO SET</code>, Sets the system settings to factory default<br><br>

<b><code>EVALUATION MENU:</code></b><br>
<code> - NTR CONFIG</code>, Displays the current system settings
<br><code> - ROM HEADER</code>, Display cartridge header info<br>

         - A truncated version of the Korean firmware can be found in the ROM at <code>nitro:/Ipl2/link/USG_0611092130</code>. The build is dated 2006/11/09 21:30 (YYYY/MM/DD).<br>
