<b>WRFU</b> is a factory wireless tester for the DSi. WRFU is built off of the TWL EVA base, though the menu has been completely stripped and it resembles nothing like other TWL EVAs. The tool is able to boot up into two modes, <b>ART</b> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_asynchronous_receiver-transmitter" target="_blank">UART</a>.
