Version 5199
The SDK 5199 version of System Settings is currently the earliest known build, and is found at
TwlIPL/trunk/bin/ARM9-TS/Release/forDebug/system.srl
.
Version 7739
7739 is currently the most complete known build, and is found in the many unformatted DSi units. It is quite possibly left over from a factory install. This setting is missing page 3, and you can only select the ESRB for organization.

- EULA
, lets you agree or dissagree with the EULA, and set the agreed EULA version.

- Freesoft Box
, lets you change the number of free home menu slots. This feature does not seem to work properly, as the number is reset after the home menu is loaded.
@ufo said, "it would be cool to get ique to work on the 256 ones", and that got me thinking...

The 256kb chip on the DS WiFi card that holds the firmware is the exact same as the 256kb save chip on most DS games. You can swap a firmware and save chip around and everything works perfectly- assuming you correctly flashed the firmware to the now-firmware chip.
