adc.c adcのノイズフィルタに使うワークエリアを含む構造体を誤ってconstにしてしまっていた。 コンパイラ指摘してくれないの?

コンパイル時オプションでHALをスルーできるようにした
I2C_mで通信前にエラーフラグをクリアするようにした。(いつコメントアウトしたのだ?)
 Miiスタジオが加速度センサを毎フレームon/OFFしていて、なぜかデータ送信中にnakを返してくることがある。そのフラグが残っていて、直後に電池残量チェックをすると、MGIC SLA NAKと判定して、電池抜け電源offが発動していた。これを回避。
