0.16公開予定品 (巻き戻っているように見えるが気にしない)

・バッテリーパラメータ転送付近を実装
・バッテリ残量ナシ時のパターンテスト実装、お知らせLEDのオーバーライドを修正
・BLオフ時にもPWM止めるまでにウェイトがいるらしく?調整
・バッテリ残量IC、通電直後起動にしばらくウェイトがいるらしいが具体的な数字がわからないので暫定で100ms
・カメラLEDの実装を改良 TWLでblink->onを連射されると一発消灯ができなかったため
