yosiokat a9dbe9301a ・ルートのMakefileおよびMakefile.sysmenuで、TwlIPLツリーのビルドに必要な他ツリーのコードもビルドするよう変更。 
・ショートカット起動や検査カードチェックもSYSM_ReadParameters内でチェックするよう変更。
・本体設定データが無効だった時の初期値において、バックライト輝度をMAXにする。
・ランチャーでのブートパラメータ処理を変更。
・ランチャーでのフェードアウト処理とロード処理の判定を調整。
