yosiokat 692a886831 ・TWLアプリのカードブートができるよう変更。（とりあえずNTRカードでのブートに対応） 
・カード抜けチェック対応のため、カード起動時にHW_BOOT_CHECK_INFO_BUFとHW_RED_RESERVEDに現在のカードのカードIDをセットするよう変更。
・カードBでのブートに対応するため、カード起動時にカードスロットA,Bをスワップするよう変更。
・boot.hのヘッダ整理。
