ビルドするには NitroSDK4.0 & TwlSDK が必要です。

下記の環境変数を設定してください。
例）TWLFIRM_ROOT=c:/TwlIPL

※NORファームをARM7専有WRAMへロードすることはできません
（ARM9でハッシュをチェックするため）。
